Cold & hot mezze
Hummus, moutabal, tabbouleh, falafels, stuffed vine leaves, kibbeh… a mosaic of small dishes to share, a large part of it vegetarian.
The mezzeAt 20 rue Kervegan, in the Bouffay district, Le Cèdre has been serving generous, 100% homemade Lebanese cuisine for over thirty years: mezze to share, marinated grills and syrup sweets.
Opened in 1988, Le Cèdre is the first Lebanese restaurant in Nantes. Located at 20 rue Kervegan, in the Bouffay district and a short walk from the Île de Nantes, it welcomes guests in a warm stone dining room.
People come here to share: a table covered with cold and hot mezze, grills scented with Lebanese spices, then a syrup pastry to finish. A cuisine of tradition, served with the same generosity since day one.

The desserts
Every recipe is prepared on site by the restaurant team: chickpea and aubergine dips, fillings, marinades, pastries. Nothing is outsourced.
This standard, upheld since 1988, is what makes Le Cèdre so consistent — and what keeps its Nantes regulars coming back.
Le Cèdre welcomes you in the dining room and, on sunny days, on the terrace. For a meal at home or at the office, our dishes are also available for takeaway and delivery via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
For a wedding, birthday, family gathering or seminar, our Lebanese catering service prepares a tailored service by quote, with the same recipes as in the dining room.
